Support and ensure customer success by maximizing equipment availability and performance through high-quality field support, technical diagnostics, and close coordination with internal teams
Plan and execute field trials, critical installations, and product behavior in operation while driving high end customer satisfaction through technical advice, troubleshooting, and post sales technical assistance in the field
Qualification
Required
Mining industry exposure necessary
Minimum of 5+ years as a Field Field Engineer, Product Support Rep or after-sales technical support for products serving the mining industry
Good understanding of earth-moving equipment
Willing to travel around 60%+ whilst being home-based
Preferred
BSc in Mechanical Engineering or similar (a plus but not necessary)
Welding knowledge/experience a plus
