Qualification
Required
Proficiency in valuation and appraisal principles, financial analysis, and market research methodologies
Strong understanding of self-storage, commercial real estate, and specialized property types including retail, industrial, and life sciences
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate findings and insights
Proven ability to manage complex projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate in a hybrid work environment

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field; certifications in real estate appraisal or relevant areas (e.g., MAI designation) preferred
