Responsibilities
Manage complex calendar, scheduling, and prioritization of meetings across multiple time zones
Coordinate executive travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and logistics
Screen and manage incoming communications, acting as a gatekeeper when appropriate
Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and executive briefings
Support preparation of board materials, investor communications, and executive presentations
Track key initiatives and follow up with senior leadership on action items
Assist with confidential projects, strategic planning efforts, and executive reporting
Serve as liaison between CEO, executive leadership team, investors, and external partners
Coordinate high-level meetings, client interactions, and events
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality with sensitive information
Oversee expense reporting, document management, and record keeping
Support special projects and operational initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite leadership
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Prior experience within asset management, private equity, hedge fund, or financial services
