Responsibilities
Support integration and test, checkout, and formal acceptance testing for various Ground Based and Multi-Mission Air Defense Radar programs
Performing various tasks including but not limited to: technical planning, systems integration, system test documentation development, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems
Functional analysis, timeline analysis, detailed trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into specification documentation
Responsible for hands-on engineering support of the system, including BIT/PMFL troubleshooting and Live target data analysis
Qualification
Required
BS Degree in Engineering or STEM related field
5 years professional engineering/technical experience
Hands-on Radar system experience
Test document development and updates
Data Analysis
Candidate must have ability to obtain a DOD Security clearance to at least Secret Level
Preferred
Radar system design
Familiarity with C++ and Linux and/or digital hardware
MATLAB knowledge
Test Automation
Agile development experience
Model Based Systems Engineering
Strong interpersonal skills with comfort working on geographically diverse teams
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Customer Interface experience
Proven ability to work in multi-disciplinary environment
Ability to work at multiple site locations in the Syracuse/Central New York area including Liverpool, NY and Cazenovia, NY
