Act as a senior technical representative in-market, helping expand our presence, win new work, and support client relationships
Balance client relationships, technical execution (with internal support), and eventually business development activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
P.E. a plus
Approximately 8+ years of professional experience (mid- to senior-level)
Hands-on experience including, but not limited to: Civil/site design, Grading, Civil 3D
Demonstrated technical credibility to support client-facing activities
A career path that reflects having 'come up through the ranks'
Highly self-driven and self-starting
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Able to balance client relationships, technical execution (with internal support), and eventually business development activities
