Responsibilities
Analyze inventory levels, turnover, and demand trends to support accurate forecasting
Monitor stock levels and identify risks related to shortages, excess inventory, or obsolescence
Develop inventory reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership review
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to align inventory plans with business needs
Support replenishment planning and safety stock optimization
Investigate inventory variances and support root-cause analysis
Ensure data accuracy across inventory management systems and ERP platforms
Assist with inventory audits and compliance requirements
Recommend process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in inventory analysis, supply chain analytics, or operations planning
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
Experience with ERP or inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must currently reside within the United States
Preferred
Experience with demand forecasting and statistical analysis
Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools
Knowledge of inventory control methodologies (EOQ, JIT, safety stock models)
Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM or CSCP
