Own outbound prospecting for enterprise accounting firms and Fortune 500 finance teams
Research, identify, and engage decision-makers at target accounts through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Qualify inbound leads and book meetings for Account Executives
Collaborate with founders on messaging, positioning, and sales playbooks
Shape sales culture—process, tools, cadences, and what 'great' looks like
Move fast: test new approaches, track what works, iterate relentlessly
Qualification
Required
1-3 years in B2B sales development, ideally selling to accounting, finance, or enterprise buyers
Relentless prospector—you don't wait for leads, you create them
Excellent communicator who can articulate complex value props simply
Organized and disciplined with CRM hygiene and follow-up
Thick-skinned and resilient—you hear 'no' and get curious, not defeated
Hungry to learn the product deeply and become a trusted advisor to prospects
