Required

P.E. a plus
Approximately 8+ years of professional experience (mid- to senior-level)
Hands-on experience including, but not limited to: Civil/site design, Grading, Civil 3D
Demonstrated technical credibility to support client-facing activities
A career path that reflects having 'come up through the ranks'
Highly self-driven and self-starting
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Able to balance client relationships, technical execution (with internal support), and eventually business development activities
