Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for large-scale or multiple projects
Oversee project planning, execution, delivery, and performance across the project lifecycle
Manage and coordinate Project Managers, Program Managers, and cross-functional teams
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards
Establish project governance, methodologies, and best practices
Monitor project KPIs, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
Partner with senior leadership, clients, and key stakeholders to align project outcomes with business objectives
Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor/partner management
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools
Report project status, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
10–15+ years of progressive project or program management experience
Proven experience leading large, complex, or multi-stream projects
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
MBA preferred
PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
Experience in regulated, global, or matrixed environments is a plus
