Responsibilities
Lead and contribute to end-to-end development of our production mobile applications
Architect, implement, and maintain high-performance, scalable mobile components
Optimize mobile integration for real-time pipelines (STT, TTS, VAD, LLM)
Ensure seamless cross-platform performance and a polished UI/UX
Review code, establish mobile engineering standards, and mentor junior developers
Collaborate closely with product and AI teams to deliver high-impact features
Improve mobile app reliability, performance, and observability (crash reporting, analytics)
Drive Agile workflows and mobile-first engineering best practices
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in mobile software engineering
Strong proficiency in React Native (or Flutter) with a deep understanding of TypeScript
Proven track record of publishing high-quality apps on both iOS and Android
Experience with state management, mobile storage, and offline-first architectures
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and mobile security
Ability to work independently and make architectural decisions for mobile platforms
Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred
Experience with audio processing, streaming, or real-time voice interaction on mobile
Exposure to on-device ML or integrating complex AI/LLM APIs
Familiarity with native development (Swift/Kotlin) for custom modules
Previous experience in early-stage startups
