Responsibilities
Own project-level quality from proposal through final documentation
Translate customer, ASME, and code requirements for P91 / P92 into actionable quality plans
Develop/manage Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and project documentation
Review/approve subcontractor quality plans, WPS/PQRs, and manufacturing docs for P91 / P92
Coordinate third-party inspections and review reports for compliance
Compile ASME Code Data Packages and support final customer submittals
Assist with audits, surveillance inspections, and issue resolution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Engineering or Science (Welding/Metallurgy preferred; equivalent experience considered)
5+ years in steel fabrication or heavy manufacturing, including P91 / P92 experience
Strong understanding of material traceability, heat treatment, welding, and inspection
Excellent communication and project management skills
CWI certification or ability to obtain
