Responsibilities
Build and maintain features across the frontend and backend of our web app
Work on real-time experiences (live transcription, suggestions, session state)
Collaborate closely with product and support to turn real user problems into solutions
Design and implement APIs, data flows, and backend logic
Improve performance, reliability, and overall product quality
Contribute to architectural decisions as the product and team scale
Qualification
Required
Strong experience as a Full-Stack Engineer on modern web applications
Solid knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript and frameworks like React and Next.js
Comfort working with backend systems, APIs, and databases
Ability to reason across the stack and make pragmatic tradeoffs
Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
Good written communication in English
Preferred
Experience with real-time systems, browser extensions, or Electron apps
Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps basics
Experience working in early-stage startups or small teams
