This role supports daily operations for the project site by ensuring efficient communication, accurate documentation, and coordination between project staff, field crews, vendors, and the corporate office.

Responsibilities
Document Control
Assist project managers with scheduling, project tracking, and documentation
Distribute project submittals, RFIs, change orders, and meeting minutes
Track project deadlines, permits, inspections, and compliance documents
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for paperwork and scheduling
Assist with time cards and payroll administration
Review and Process vendor invoices
Request and Track Subcontractors compliance
On boarding
Manage e-mails, and general office correspondence
Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents
Order office and jobsite supplies
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and construction software (Viewpoint, Bluebeam, etc.)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred
Experience in construction administration or related field
Knowledge of basic accounting or job costing is a plus
