Responsibilities

Contact new leads within 10 minutes of assignment (if not actively on another call)
Conduct consultative sales conversations with prospective clients seeking wellness solutions
Follow proven sales frameworks to guide prospects through decision-making process
Manage full sales cycle from initial contact through close
Maintain accurate records in GoHighLevel CRM
Generate additional leads through referrals and networking (optional, but incentivized)
Meet established sales metrics and rapid response time requirements
Participate in ongoing training and team development

Required

Minimum $3M in lifetime sales revenue in a previous sales role (mandatory)
Proven track record of consistent quota attainment
Expertise in generating and leveraging referrals for business development
Experience with high-ticket sales ($3,000-$12,000+ price points)
Ability to respond to leads immediately - must be available during working hours to contact prospects within 10 minutes
Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Proficiency with CRM systems (GoHighLevel experience a plus)

Preferred

NEPQ (Neuro-Emotional Persuasion Questions) sales methodology experience strongly preferred
B2C sales experience in wellness, hospitality, coaching, or experiential industries
Understanding of consultative/transformational sales approaches
Experience selling to individuals and couples
Track record of building referral networks
