Government Facilities Contracts – Business Development Consultant

Patriot Holdings International is seeking a Business Development Consultant specializing in government facilities contracts. The role involves building and executing a government-only facilities contracting pipeline and ensuring compliant bid submissions.
Facilities Services

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify facilities-related opportunities (maintenance, repairs, janitorial, grounds, minor construction, etc.) aligned to Patriot’s capabilities
Create capture plans, win themes, and go/no-go recommendations; stakeholder mapping and action plans
Identify and build a bench of qualified subs/partners for coverage and capability gaps
Coordinate technical inputs, pricing inputs, past performance, resumes, compliance matrices, schedules, and submissions
Maintain a clear pipeline (stages, next actions, probability) and provide weekly status reporting
Engage with government small business offices, contracting personnel, primes, and relevant stakeholders within ethical/legal boundaries
Ensure responsiveness to solicitation instructions; escalate risks early

Required

Demonstrated experience in U.S. government contracting BD and/or capture management
Facilities services / FM / maintenance procurement experience
