Responsibilities

Support the NY/NJ District Manager
Assist with client presentations, site visits, and design‑focused product storytelling
Manage communication between internal teams, clients, and global partners
Track sales activity, pipeline updates, and performance metrics
Help prepare proposals, quotes, and follow‑up materials
Contribute to a hybrid team environment while also working independently on assigned projects
Participate in a structured development path designed to prepare you for a district manager/sales leader role within approximately two years

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Comfort with CRM tools, project management platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Passion for design, furniture, and creating meaningful client experiences
Interest in working within an international organization and navigating cross‑regional collaboration

Preferred

Experience with InDesign, AutoCAD, or similar design platforms is a plus
