Aircraft Market Researcher / Sales Engineer

88K is a dynamic and growing Aircraft Brokerage, specializing in the acquisition and sales of business aircraft. They are seeking a full-time Aircraft Market Researcher / Sales Engineer to gather and analyze market data, develop marketing strategies, and support aircraft sales transactions.

Responsibilities

Regularly gather and analyze market data to produce actionable intelligence and reports on the business aircraft market
Appraise aircraft and generate comprehensive market assessments
Develop and implement marketing strategies, including the creation of promotional materials
Handle inquiries, qualify leads, and manage follow-ups
Maintain and update key databases (CRM, website, marketing platforms, internal knowledge base)
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and partners
Support the administrative flow of aircraft sales transactions
Represent the company at industry trade shows and events
Ensure consistent achievement of sales objectives and performance metrics

Required

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong negotiation, prospecting, and reporting skills
Organizational, presentation, and administrative abilities
1-2 years of professional experience (e.g. sales, market research, aviation)
An energetic, friendly, and outgoing personality with a high degree of professionalism
Ability to multi-task, analyze data, solve problems, and draw conclusions efficiently
Self-motivated and capable of working independently while striving for success in selling
Willingness to expand knowledge of aircraft systems and industry trends
Willing to be on call after hours and travel for business purposes
Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity

Preferred

A passion for aviation or experience in flying is a plus
