Responsibilities
Own key digital channels including Paid Search & Shopping
Assist in execution of Meta & TikTok ads including ideation, briefing, optimization, reporting, etc
Support testing into new scalable & measurable acquisition channels
Develop hypotheses and run varying tests on creative & landing pages to improve incremental performance
Support management of TikTok Shops including optimizations, product listings, affiliates, etc
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, brand marketing, customer experience, and digital product to produce & present insights on high-performing ads while ensuring a seamless customer journey from viewing an ad to purchase
Own the management of product feeds for Paid Search & Social needs
Qualification
Required
3-4 years of growth/acquisition marketing experience
Hands on experience in managing ads in Meta, Google, and TikTok
Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics required
Understanding of marketing mix modeling and incrementally testing
Strong creative instincts and an understanding of what drives performance
Proven track record of taking initiative and and driving to optimize & improve metrics
Detail-oriented self-starter and a fast learner
Effective multi-tasker; you're comfortable wearing many hats
Highly analytical and strategic thinker - you leverage data to inform key decisions and can anticipate potential future problems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Passionate about the environment and sustainability and interested in Blueland's mission
Preferred
startup & DTC experience
Familiarity with one or more of the following acquisition channels: Audio (i.e. Podcasts), YouTube, Display, Affiliate, Influencers, and TV/CTV
familiarity with BI tools such as Looker
Working knowledge of SQL
