They are seeking an experienced Senior Inventory Data Administrator to manage data entry and inventory control at their Morgantown, KY location, impacting the success of the facility directly.

Responsibilities
Schedule, maintain, monitor and report receiving appointments to databases for incoming customer materials on a daily basis
Gather documentation from internal customers and manually enter into the system
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipment schedules
Invoicing and Buying/Selling shipments through a manual process
Develop and manage deadlines to meet commercial account requirements
Enter and update inbound/outbound shipments in BEST logistics system
Prepare, reconcile, and send weekly and monthly reports to customers and management
Qualification
Required
Minimum of three (3) years of previous Inventory Control or Data Entry experience
Associate Degree with an emphasis in accounting
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
