Credit Union Teller

Responsibilities

Learn and understand various aspects of the credit union branch operations, including sales, marketing and member services
Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects under the guidance of experienced managers
Participate in training programs to develop skills in leadership, communication, and problem-solving
Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Gain hands-on experience in different areas of the organization to build a solid foundation for future management roles
Conduct community events and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities
Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Provide support in maintaining customer relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and document management

Required
