Bringing energy and enthusiasm to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
Greeting customers with a friendly smile and engaging attitude
Preparing coffee, Refreshers, and food items efficiently and accurately, following company standards
Balancing speed and quality, especially during busy periods, to ensure customer satisfaction
Building rapport with guests and fostering positive relationships
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store, including dining areas, counters, and equipment
Assisting team members in completing daily tasks and ensuring smooth store operations
Adhering to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for everyone
Qualification
Required
You are 14 years of age or older, in accordance with legal requirements
You possess a positive attitude and a friendly demeanor
You are reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills
You have good communication skills and can work well with others
You are flexible and able to work early mornings, afternoons, or weekends
Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and hearing) is required
You are legally eligible to work in the United States
