Responsibilities
Identify & Ignite: Research and connect with mid-to-enterprise level leads who are struggling with manual processes or data silos
Consultative Outreach: Engage prospects through personalized outreach, social selling, and networking. No "script reading" here—we want your personality to shine
Demo & Discover: Work alongside our technical team to showcase how Power BI and Automate can solve specific client pain points
Relationship Management: Build long-term rapport with stakeholders, moving them from initial curiosity to a signed partnership
Pipeline Strategy: Maintain a clean CRM and provide feedback on market trends to help us sharpen our service offerings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or IT
3 to 7 years of experience in sales or business development
Mid-level (less than 8 years) with a focus on B2B relationship building
High-level understanding of Power BI (Data Viz) and Power Automate (Workflow)
Articulate and persuasive communicator
Fascination with data visualization and automation
Self-starter who takes initiative
Preferred
Previous exposure to the Microsoft ecosystem is a huge plus
Experience in SaaS or professional services
