Responsibilities
Create, design, and maintain learning content and training materials aligned to organizational priorities
Deliver effective and engaging training sessions in both virtual and in-person environments
Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to assess learning needs and recommend development solutions
Build working knowledge of company systems, procedures, operations, and Sentry software; the ability to come up to speed quickly is required
Utilize a variety of technologies and tools to develop learning materials, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other training creation platforms (training provided as needed)
Travel as required to support in-person training, meetings, and organizational initiatives
Qualification
Required
Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills; must be comfortable with public speaking
Ability to design and deliver learning experiences in both virtual and in-person settings
Be professional, organized, and self-motivated
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Hold a valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record
Have a proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Have the ability and willingness to travel as required
