Responsibilities
Participates in technology-related projects such as the migration and modernization of internal communication platforms using Sitecore
Research and data gathering for key initiatives, including researching and prototyping solutions using Google AppSheet to replace legacy tools like AODocs or Smartsheet
Collaborates on driving improvement activities by investigating new features within Google Workspace and providing reports on how they can be applied to solve business problems
Collaborates with technical resources to contribute to projects that directly improve how employees interact with digital tools, streamlining their daily workflows
Translates functional requirements to technical specifications and presents clear recommendations to leadership regarding vague problems
Shadows employees to understand different roles in the organization and gains familiarity with different healthcare IT systems
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, Marketing, Communications, Organizational Development, Project Management
High school diploma equivalency OR Enrolled in accredited program specific to discipline required
Great work ethic
Outstanding attendance record
Participation in Training - Learning
Remote work location but need for regular set daytime hours
Preferred
A strong interest in tools like Google AppSheet or Microsoft PowerApps
Exposure to or interest in CMS platforms like Sitecore or WordPress is a plus
Proficiency with Google Office tools (Sheets, Drive, Sites), including spreadsheet formulas and pivot tables
The ability to look at a current process (e.g., 'We use Smartsheet for this') and objectively research if there is a better, more integrated way to do it
Practical analytical and communication skills, with the ability to take a vague problem, research it independently, and present a clear recommendation
Working knowledge of relational databases/database structures/schemas and data flow diagrams
