Retail Support Specialist
DSI is a leader in the sales enablement industry, offering consumer and commercial selling opportunities. They are seeking a full-time Retail Support Specialist to provide customer and technical support, troubleshoot client challenges, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Providing customer and technical support to resolve issues effectively
Troubleshooting and addressing client challenges
Ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Assisting in developing efficient solutions
Maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Analytical Skills for assessing and solving complex problems
Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting for resolving technical issues effectively
Strong Customer Support and Communication skills to deliver excellent service and manage client relationships
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Prior experience in retail, sales, or support roles is advantageous
Additional certifications or degrees are a plus
