Responsibilities
Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes
Maintain and enhance financial models for revenue, labor, and operating expenses
Prepare variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior periods and clearly explain drivers
Analyze financial performance across corporate departments and retail stores
Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for management
Support analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) across the business
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities affecting overall financial performance
Analyze revenue trends by channel, location, and customer behavior
Monitor labor and operating expense performance across stores and corporate teams
Support analysis of gross margin drivers and cost structure
Assist with evaluation of pricing, promotions, and cost initiatives
Partner with operations, corporate functions, and finance leadership to support decision-making
Assist in evaluating new initiatives, investments, and operational changes
Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as requested by leadership
Prepare recurring financial reports and dashboards
Support month-end close through analytical review and variance analysis
Improve reporting processes through automation and standardization
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
2–5 years of experience in FP&A, finance, or accounting
Strong Excel skills and financial modeling capability
Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred
Experience in retail, consumer, or multi-unit environments
Experience supporting both corporate and field-based teams
