Procurement Compliance Analyst
The State of Missouri is seeking a Procurement Compliance Analyst to support compliance and reporting tasks. This role involves reviewing contractor-submitted reports, conducting data analysis, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance reporting capabilities and ensure ongoing compliance with procurement regulations.

Responsibilities
Review contractor-submitted reports and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with statewide contract requirements
Identify missing, incomplete, or inaccurate reports, conduct data analysis to identify discrepancies or areas of concern and follow up with contractors as needed
Collaborate to accurately enter contractor-reports and related data into designated compliance databases and tracking tools
Collaborate to generate and compile reports from compliance databases to provide statistical insights to management and department stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams to improve data quality, streamline compliance processes, and enhance reporting capabilities
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with division policies and procedures, while staying informed of procurement regulations to ensure ongoing compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required. (Substitution on the bachelor's degree may be allowed if 4 or more years of relevant procurement experience)
Successful background check results are required for employment in this position. This may include background checks involving a candidate's name and/or fingerprints and other screenings as needed for the specific position
Authorization to work in the United States is a prerequisite of employment. The Office of Administration will not sponsor applicants for work visas
Preferred
Ability to work independently in assessing and managing priorities and ownership of responsibilities
Ability to analyze information, apply relevant guidelines, and draw logical, evidence-based conclusions
Organized and detail oriented with effective written and oral communication skills
Adaptable to change, meeting deadlines, and working with teams
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, department staff, and vendors
Experience with computers, desktop applications including Microsoft Office products
Desirable for the candidate to have 1-3 years of relevant procurement or audit experience
