Vice President, Client Services

Chicago Atlantic is a private markets alternative investment manager focused on industries and companies where demand for capital exceeds traditional supply. The Vice President of Client Services will process investor transactions, collaborate with internal teams, maintain investor data, and manage the capital call process.
Financial Services

Responsibilities

Process investor transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, assignments, and any other change in circumstances
Collaborate internally with various members of the organization to obtain and synthesize information and serve as a point of contact for investors to address and resolve any client requests in a prompt, concise, and professional manner
Maintain investor data for existing investors in a CRM to ensure that the firm has the most up-to-date and accurate information
Manage and provide oversight to the firm’s capital call process
Participate and/or lead efforts towards institutionalizing processes, increasing data integrity, and enhancing the client experience
Work on ad hoc projects

Required

5+ years of experience in a related role within the financial services industry
Organized, diligent self-starter that understands how to address competing priorities with little oversight in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive decisions throughout the organization to arrive at optimal solutions
Experience onboarding investors with strong understanding of KYC/AML is required
Possess a holistic understanding of various roles/departments within an asset management firm with the ability to efficiently navigate and formulate solutions in a timely manner
Extremely detail oriented with ability to write professional, accurate messages to clients
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Highly proficient in Excel

Preferred

Experience in alternative investments preferred
Familiarity with basic accounting a plus
Experience working with Salesforce or other CRMs a plus
