Responsibilities
Build and own Tutero's social presence for teachers (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook)
Create content that speaks teacher-to-teacher—authentic, helpful, and real
Stay plugged into teacher trends, pain points, and what resonates in educator communities
Produce engaging short-form videos, carousels, stories, and posts
Showcase classroom scenarios, teaching tips, AI tools, and educator insights
Film and edit yourself or coordinate with designers when needed
Transform teaching expertise into scroll-stopping content
Monitor what's working and iterate quickly
Engage with teacher comments, questions, and conversations
Test formats, hooks, and platform strategies
Share insights on educator sentiment and content performance
Qualification
Required
Current or former classroom teacher (K-12) with real teaching experience
Deep understanding of what teachers actually face day-to-day
Strong social media skills - you know what works on different platforms
Comfortable on camera and creating content yourself
Based in New York City / Brooklyn
