Capital Projects Program Manager - Aviation Fuel Infrastructure

This role is ideal for an engineering-focused PM who thrives in complex, regulated environments and can step in with minimal ramp-up, leading multi-million-dollar fueling infrastructure capital programs across aviation facilities.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-million-dollar fueling infrastructure capital programs across aviation facilities
Manage scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder alignment from kickoff to closeout
Partner with cross-disciplinary engineering and design teams (civil, mechanical, electrical, structural, controls, etc.)
Oversee contractors, vendors, and subconsultants in complex airport environments
Serve as primary client interface—building trust, communicating effectively, and ensuring compliance

Required

5–10+ years of project management experience in aviation fueling, oil & gas, power, utilities, or other heavy industrial infrastructure
B.S. in Mechanical, Civil or similar Engineering degree
Familiarity with rotating equipment, welded piping, pressure vessels, isolation, and liquid storage systems
Experience in regulated environments (airports, government, industrial)

PE and/or PMP a plus
