Responsibilities

Lead the technical implementation for the AWIPS program
Oversee technical design and development of system services
Ensure system compliance with scalability, interoperability, and security
Direct cloud migration efforts using Agile methodologies
Manage the design and construction of CI/CD pipelines for system deployment
Generate quantifiable requirements based on customer needs
Consult with stakeholders on project schedules and resources
Coordinate with other teams to meet performance benchmarks

Required

12 years of experience in a relevant field, with potential management experience
Experience overseeing technical design, development, and implementation of system services
Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Proficient in Atlassian Tool Suite
Experience with on-premises to cloud migrations
Expertise in solution design, vendor interaction, and application support
Proven relationship management skills with vendors and customers
Established project management skills
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
