Analyzing production data
Troubleshooting process issues
Implementing process controls to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product development and manufacturing initiatives
Contributing to sustainability efforts in line with the company’s environmental standards
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of Process Design and Process Engineering in a manufacturing environment
Experience with Process Control systems and methodologies
Proven Analytical Skills for problem solving and optimizing manufacturing workflows
Background or degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field
Strong understanding of high-precision injection molding processes, especially with Liquid Silicone Rubber
Commitment to sustainability and compliance with environmental and quality standards
Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
Proficiency with relevant software tools and technologies used in process analysis and optimization
