Responsibilities
Manage Climb’s Instagram accounts to enhance our online presence and drive customer engagement
Create and curate engaging content
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on our social media channels in a timely and professional manner
Actively monitor opportunities to collaborate or re-share/post community members
Collaborate with the General Manager to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives
Align on goals for the following month
Discuss current marketing initiatives, events + promotions, class offerings, etc
Coordinate with internal teams to gather content, such as photos and videos, for social media posts and campaigns
Submit copy approval directly to the local General Manager
Be available to capture content at local events as needed
Qualification
Required
Previous experience managing social media accounts
Proficiency with various platforms: Later Social, Meta/Instagram, Illustrator, Photoshop or similar, Premier Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar
