Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
Identify and resolve impediments, guiding the team to self-organize and perform at peak efficiency
Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting transparency, continuous improvement, and accountability
Maintain and report on team performance metrics and Agile maturity
Promote agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Track team velocity and support sprint commitments
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements
Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable tasks
Perform gap analyses and workflow assessments to improve operational efficiency
Provide ongoing analysis and support throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring solutions align with business objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Agile environments as a Scrum Master or Business Analyst
Strong proficiency in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps), with Jira expertise as a must
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification preferred
