Responsibilities
Understand the customer’s business objectives and solution design to independently monitor and exception handle issues
Manage all orders and market risk resulting from client solutions
Work with developer and infrastructure teams to manage end-to-end delivery of customer solutions
Rigorously test our solution designs to ensure the highest levels of performance
Support customers through go-live processes and play a key role in promoting solution acceptance and adoption
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Expertise in FX technology and business processes
Familiarity with coding; Ability to understand Python errors, and familiarity with SQL
A willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment, and keen attention to detail
1-2 years prior Analyst experience in trading or market risk
Preferred
Flexibility to relocate to New York after some time in London a strong plus
