Responsibilities
Lead root cause investigations related to operational, process, and product issues
Implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce recurring errors
Partner with leadership to track trends and prioritize quality initiatives
Develop and maintain quality policies, procedures, and standards
Ensure consistent application of quality practices across departments
Support audit readiness and compliance efforts as the organization scales
Work closely with Operations, Production, Engineering, Service, and Customer teams to embed quality into daily workflows
Support training and awareness initiatives related to quality expectations
Establish quality metrics and KPIs to monitor performance
Report findings, trends, and improvement progress to leadership
Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years of experience in quality management or process improvement roles
Experience working in operational or production-focused environments
Root cause analysis and corrective action
Quality systems and documentation
Cross-functional problem solving
Data analysis and reporting
Training and coaching
Preferred
Experience with ISO, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks
Background in public safety, technology, or regulated environments
