Responsibilities
Own and enhance the firm’s pricing and matter budgeting function
Lead the annual firmwide rate-setting process and present findings to senior leadership
Perform market and competitive pricing analyses
Drive data standardization and improvement initiatives within Elite 3E
Migrate and modernize reporting from Excel/SSRS to Power BI
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of heavy data analytics experience within a law firm is required
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Elite 3E, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Power BI and SSRS experience preferred
