Responsibilities

Installs, tests, troubleshoots, repairs, and removes network cabling and its associated components
Performs layout, installation, termination, labeling, testing, and certification of all associated cabling and ensures compliance with program, industry and base standards
Provides technical advice and guidance on installation, adaptation, configuration, and/or enhancement of company technical products, programs, and systems

Secret clearance level must currently possess
Secret clearance level must be able to obtain
2 + years of related experience
US Citizenship Required
Education: Bachelor of Science
Required Technical Skills: Coaxial Cabling, Ethernet Cabling, Signal Testing, Cable splicing and Troubleshooting
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving and collaborative skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multi-task while still ensuring high quality of work
Supports the timely escalation and communication of status to external and internal customers
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills applied to the development and presentation of technical materials appropriate to a broad spectrum of audiences
Adept at interfacing with Government at senior leader levels and representing the interests of GDIT

ITIL V3/4 Foundation or higher
