Responsibilities
Facilitate and assist ARNG directorates and training sites in conducting facility Infrastructure inspections and reporting services data, pacing measure, full-time equivalents (FTEs) and resources
Serve as liaison so that state staff can be alerted to data issues potentially affecting dollars and program support
Apply ISR information into useful products and services that support other programs such as Army Communities of Excellence and Command/Organizational Inspection Programs
Serves as primary POC for NGB for ISR data; serve as the subject matter expert on ISR programs and reports
Have an understanding and working knowledge of each database of record to the extent of being capable of reviewing data for consistency and completeness and correcting information when necessary, including, but not limited to the following: ISR module, top loads and feeder systems that provide data to ISR such as IT metrics, PRIDE, ASIP and RPLANS
Processes, Procedures and Protocols for Managing ISR Information
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years demonstrated practical experience in Army Installation Status Report
Working knowledge of basic Army financial accounting principles
Understanding of basic labor management
Facilities information
Environmental management
Fiscal and business processes
Continuous improvement programs
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong oral and written communication skills are essential
Ability to explain complex issues in a manner easily understood by personnel not familiar with ISR
