Lead and support new clinic startups focused on early disease detection
Develop and implement clinical pathways, protocols, and evidence-based care models
Collaborate with physicians and referral sources to support integrated care delivery
Coordinate care for cardiac electrophysiology patients across the continuum
Educate patients, families, and care teams on disease management and treatment plans
Support EP lab operations, quality tracking, and staff education on EP procedures
Manage community outreach initiatives to promote disease awareness and clinic services
Monitor patient progress and support early intervention in acute care situations
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize clinical outcomes and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Current APRN licensure required
Minimum 3 years of ICU experience
At least 5 years of experience in an acute care setting
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong clinical leadership, care coordination, and communication skills
