Spend 10 weeks learning about Trax Software, eMRO and eMobility Products
Learn our applications, internal software processes and log handling procedures
Ability to enhance your professional growth through this developmental experience for future career opportunities at Trax
The chance to utilize your skills in working with software technology through interactions, procedures, applications, and databases
Learning and Development: You will have the ability to take part in various learning and development opportunities with key stakeholders in the organization by rotating through our different departments in which you will participate in various assignments to expand your career portfolio
Qualification
Required
Working towards a bachelor's degree and have graduated or graduating Summer of 2026
GPA of 3.0 or higher
Preferred
Internship or work experience in the aviation and/or software industry, a plus
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Innate curiosity and willingness to learn about our business
A passion for aviation
Critical thinking skills

A team player, with an ability to build relationships across departments
