Responsibilities

Work with Product Management, engineers and customer teams to gather requirements, plan features, and deliver on designs and implementation

Be a part of an agile software team to ensure engineering principles and quality are a core component of feature delivery

Supply ideas for continually improving the designs and scalability of the products and services delivered

Perform day-to-day agile activities of the team and actively supervise delivery and metrics for the team

Design, implement and lead all aspects of our tool portfolio where performance and resiliency will be essential

Required

5+ years development experience with one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, or Scala

Experience designing and building REST based APIs

Must be a US Citizen

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in CS or similar

Experience with test frameworks for your language of choice, TDD/BDD a plus

Experience working with agile methodologies and principles

Experience with distributed systems principles in a consumer internet or SaaS environment

Familiarity with configuration management, containers, virtualization and cloud environments

Worked on build pipelines, continuous integration, deployment and monitoring utilities
