Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on GCP (a MUST!)
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to automate cloud provisioning
Implement containerization and orchestration strategies using Docker and Kubernetes
Optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment and updates of applications
Monitor and enhance system performance, reliability, and security using logging and monitoring tools
Ensure smooth integration of applications with cloud infrastructure
Manage network security, IAM policies, and data encryption to ensure compliance with industry standards
Conduct incident management and disaster recovery planning to maintain system resilience
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure (GCP), or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) operating highly scaled platforms
Strong proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and related services such as GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub and BigQuery
Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar tools
Proficiency in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Solid understanding of networking, security best practices, and monitoring tools
Familiarity with scripting languages (Bash, Python, or Go) for automation
Preferred
Experience with IoT architectures, messaging protocols (MQTT, CoAP), and edge computing is a plus
