Marketing & Sales Development Manager | WFH

Intogreat Solutions is seeking a world-class Marketing & Sales Development Manager to build and manage the 'Front-End' of their private capital brokerage. The role involves establishing a dominant digital brand and creating an automated pipeline of high-quality leads and referral partners, while overseeing activities such as LinkedIn authority building, email marketing, and strategic partner recruitment.

Responsibilities

LinkedIn Authority Building: Own the firm’s LinkedIn presence. This includes profile optimization, daily high-value content posting, and managing 'Social Selling' campaigns to connect with and recruit professional referral partners
Email Marketing & Automation: Design, deploy, and manage cold and warm email sequences using tools like Apollo, Instantly, or Woodpecker. You will be responsible for the 'deliverability' and 'open rates' of our outreach
Strategic Partner Recruitment: You are responsible for finding and 'digitally warming up' CPAs and Bankers. You will book discovery meetings for our sales team by positioning our firm as a value-add partner to their existing clients
Lead Generation Strategy: Create and manage multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, Email, and potentially Meta/Google) specifically targeting Small Business Owners in high-value verticals like Auto Repair, Construction, and Medical
Brand & Content Creation: Produce professional marketing collateral, including PDF Partner Benefit Sheets, Case Studies, and Email Newsletters that establish our 'Fractional CFO' authority
Funnel Optimization: Monitor the 'Lead-to-Meeting' conversion rate. You must be obsessed with the data—knowing exactly which subject lines and which LinkedIn hooks are bringing in the highest-quality deals
High-Intensity Outreach: Dedicated blocks for New Leads and Cold Prospecting to fill the top of the funnel
Discovery Calls & Consultations: Deep-dive financial interviews with interested business owners
Basic Document Collection: Gathering and verifying the 'Big 3' to ensure file viability
Pipeline Review: Formal hand-offs of qualified files to the Processing Team for full underwriting
Marketing & Digital Presence: Driving the top of the funnel via LinkedIn, Email automation, and brand management
Sales & Partnerships: Providing loan consultation to small businesses owners seeking capital. Building high-level relationships with CPAs, Bankers, and Business Coaches to secure a consistent flow of warm referrals

Required

Minimum experience 3- years experience in Sales and Marketing

Growth Mindset: You are not a 'task-taker.' You are a strategist who suggests new ways to find leads and improve our brand authority
