Systems Intelligence Solutions Senior Project Manager (Local / Hybrid)

Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate all phases of complex initiatives across the Systems Intelligence and HDR teams, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
Drive proactive planning, dependency tracking, risk management, and clear stakeholder communication
Develop a strong understanding of operational and technical workflows to inform project decisions and uncover root problems
Map processes, identify gaps, challenge assumptions, and translate findings into actionable requirements
Facilitate working sessions to refine scope, validate use cases, and ensure cross-functional alignment
Create and organize test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and validation workflows; coordinate end‑to‑end testing and issue resolution
Partner closely with technical, operational, and analytical teams to ensure the right people and information are engaged at the right time
Streamline project documentation, reporting, and communication pathways
Identify opportunities to improve project execution, workflow efficiency, and team collaboration
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree is required
Epic experience
Experience with healthcare operational workflows
Knowledge of software development, data platforms, or healthcare application development
Ability to understand complex workflows, ask insightful questions, and translate findings into clear requirements
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience creating and executing project plans, test plans, UAT, or workflow-based validation
Strong communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical teams
Ability to create process maps, diagrams, or structured documentation for diverse audiences
