Independently writes, reviews, and debugs production-grade code
Designs and implements ML solutions
Production experience is desirable but not required
Participates in design discussions and enforces best practices
Solves complex, ambiguous problems
Collaborates across product, data, and infrastructure teams
Mentor’s junior engineers with limited/indirect supervision
Technical and design decisions with ~5 years or equivalent depth of experience
Experience with LLMs, RAG, vector DBs, financial services
Org-wide strategy ownership, owns solutions, and raises team quality
