Responsibilities

Support high-volume executive slates, covering many titles in various stages of Development, Production, and Post
Track show-level calendars and data, keeping internal systems up to date
Assist with preliminary production schedule and budget assessments for projects in development
Onboard external production partners into Amazon’s production ecosystem
Serve as the first point of contact for external production office and writers room personnel
Manage and audit final wrap delivery
Internally, develop and maintain day-to-day schedules prioritizing activities with good judgment and business understanding, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts
Assist Executives with travel itineraries and expense reports

Required

2+ years of studio or production company assistant experience
1+ years of on-set physical production experience
Bachelor's degree

Preferred

2+ years of digital media space including handling of all types of media equipment experience
Experience managing events/meetings in a global company
