Workforce Planning & Development Intern

Responsibilities
Participate in job analysis meetings
Gather data and conduct research to support job analyses and workforce planning efforts
Create interactive dashboards and reports to visualize workforce trends
Make recommendations sourced from research and data
Prepare summaries, updates, and presentations for the WPD team
Qualification
Required
Must be enrolled in at least one course for a graduate program in industrial/organizational psychology, human resources, business administration, or instructional design
Proof of enrollment will be required
Transcripts are REQUIRED for consideration for this position

The selected candidate must provide own transportation or, in order to operate a state vehicle, must have a valid driver's license
The final candidate selected for the position will be required to undergo a criminal background check
