Responsibilities
Respond to leads promptly via phone, email, and online channels; schedule and conduct tours
Deliver confident, engaging tours and present community benefits based on prospect needs
Effectively communicate pricing, availability, screening criteria, policies, and lease terms
Follow up consistently to convert tours and inquiries into completed applications and signed leases
Support lease renewals and assist with resident retention initiatives as needed
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly leasing and conversion goals
Provide a warm, professional first impression and a high standard of service at all times
Coordinate a smooth application and move-in process, including required documentation
Support resident communication with professionalism, empathy, and urgency
Assist with resident events, community outreach, and reputation/review support when needed
Maintain accurate guest cards, tour notes, application records, and daily activity tracking in Entrata
Use AI leasing tools to support responsiveness, consistency, and performance (while maintaining a human-first experience)
Ensure all leasing activity is compliant with Fair Housing and company policies
Maintain organized files and ensure proper handling of sensitive information
Report maintenance or presentation issues impacting tours, models, or curb appeal
Maintain a clean, organized leasing office and show-ready models and tour paths
Assist with merchandising and presentation standards that support leasing success
Participate in team meetings, training, and operational check-ins as required
Qualification
Required
Professional, positive communication skills (in-person, phone, and written)
Strong follow-through and time management in a fast-paced environment
Customer service mindset with a sales-driven approach
Comfort with technology and learning new systems; CRM discipline is required
Ability to work on-site Tuesday–Saturday, including weekends
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Prior leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer-facing experience
Experience with Entrata or other property management/leasing software
Familiarity with lead-to-lease performance metrics (conversion, follow-up cadence, etc.)
