Responsibilities

Design user experiences for new and existing product features using Material design and an existing components library
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ensure designs are feasible, well-scoped, and implemented as intended
Work effectively with teammates across multiple time zones, balancing synchronous and asynchronous collaboration
Contribute to and help evolve design systems, patterns, and documentation
Iterate quickly based on feedback, data, and changing priorities
Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints in a fast-moving environment

Required

3–5 years of experience in UX, Product Design, or a related role
Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, variants, and prototyping
Solid understanding of UX fundamentals: information architecture, interaction design, accessibility, and usability principles
Experience working cross-functionally with product managers and engineers
Ability to collaborate across time zones using clear documentation and async communication
Comfort working in a startup or fast-paced environment
Clear communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

Preferred

Experience contributing to a design system
Familiarity with usability testing and research
Exposure to analytics or data-informed design
Experience with B2B or SaaS products
